Meet Your Doctor
Dr. Joseph Chambers, an avid skier and cyclist, was born in Reno and graduated from the University of Nevada. Following graduation from the prestigious California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, Dr. Chambers started his practice in Reno in 1978. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Chambers is an Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Nevada, School of Medicine.
Dr. Chambers is on the surgical staff at Renown Regional Medical Center, St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, Northern Nevada Medical Center, Quail Surgery and Pain Management Center, Renown Surgical Arts, and Renown South Meadows Hospital. Professional Affiliations include the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Chambers is married to a retired archaeologist, has a son and daughter, and Pembroke Welsh Corgi dogs.
